This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how “Nemetschek” OOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company with UIN: 121808541 and registered seat and address at 11 Industrialna Street, 1202 Sofia, Bulgaria (“Nemetschek Bulgaria”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and in any other way processes and protects personal information (also called personal data) of visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) to the Nemetschek Bulgaria main website https://www.nemetschek.bg/. Additionally, as this main website is directly linked to several of our sub-domains (i.e., careers.nemetschek.bg, bim.nemetschek.bg, docuware.nemetschek.bg, tools4teams.nemetschek.bg (the “Sub-domains”)), which, although accessible individually, are an integral part of the main website, this Policy also applies to the personal data collected through these Sub-domains. Any differences between the individual Sub-domains will be clearly outlined in the text below.
Our main website https://www.nemetschek.bg/ and its Sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”) are informative in nature and do not represent an electronic store. The personal data we collect is mainly for the purpose of notifying you about our activities and services, as well as having the opportunity to contact you or provide you with additional information about us if you express interest on your part.

If the candidate is in a hiring process with us for a project that we do for our US partners, sometimes they want to be included in the hiring process and we disclose information, such as name and details of candidates’ experience. When such a transfer is necessary, Nemetschek Bulgaria ensures that appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions; standard contractual clauses etc.) are in place to comply with the requirements for the international transfer of personal data under applicable privacy legislation.
